Prenatal vitamins is very important is you have bad appetite and is nausea all the time during your pregnancy. I think it all depends on individual.  I used to have bad constipation when I was expecting especially if I took daily dosage of over the counter prenatal vitamins.  To overcome the problem, I took them on alternate days basis.
