I would say it is both!

I confess that I am an Apple baby and is badly addicted to Facebook.  Nowadays, most 3G phones is able to support application that provided in Facebook for example games.

And with iPhone, I do not have to boot the laptops to play the game.  I can access my game from the phone, anywhere and anytime I like.  Even when I am doing business in the morning!  Other than that, I have some apps that guide me to Sun Salutation 😉
