Why does it take this long for people to realised that Shisha smoking is equivalent dangerous to cigaratte or cigar?  No matter what it is, they all uses tobacco and is deadly in any form.  Shisha or sometime known as hookah is a  flavoured tobacco and contained opium or hashish which can get addictive. Smoking Shisha for hours is like smoking 400 cigarettes and to make it worst, by sharing the pipe, contagious diseases is passing from one to another.  So if you wanna die young, might as well make it luxury like smoking a hoya de monterrey.

In Yoga, we have all types of various poses that help fighting toward aging.  Like the headstand.  If you want to look younger than your age, do the headstand for 15minutes per day.  I also read of hgh releasers (human growth hormone) that does the same trick. Beware of bogus stuff.  Not only they are ineffective, it might be dangerous too.  IF you are serious about taking HGH, check the ingredients and google for review.

I can’t tell you the answer as I have not taken any diet pills before.  But I do heard from friends and even some celebrities claimed diet pills that actually work.  My type of dieting is exercises and watch what you eat. You are what you eat.  What is the point when you spent a large sum of money eating one heap mountain of food and the next minute spending another heap of money buying diet pills?  So if you want to loose some weight, first and foremost, reduce your food intake.

For flabby tummy, it is always to my general knowledge that after you lose belly fat you need to firmed it up.  But can the firming of skin done thru exercises?  Well, it can but the result is very minimal only.  Usually exercises is to burn to fats but they never work as firming the flabby skin.  Massaging firming lotion come in handy in this case.  Just so you know, there are always a time for pampering after you work like pig.

…. or was it Facebook mania?

I would say it is both!

I confess that I am an Apple baby and is badly addicted to Facebook.  Nowadays, most 3G phones is able to support application that provided in Facebook for example games.

And with iPhone, I do not have to boot the laptops to play the game.  I can access my game from the phone, anywhere and anytime I like.  Even when I am doing business in the morning!  Other than that, I have some apps that guide me to Sun Salutation ;)

On certain day of the month (not related to Aunty Flo) I will craved for sweet stuff particularly candy.  I have stash of candies in my drawer for days like that.  One of the most sinful tidbit is Snickers which I limited myself to one piece per consumption.  Not that I am kiam siap (stingy), 91kcal/bar is a lot of calories!

And before you comment further, I know my office dinosaur computer can’t beat your cool, sleek and handsome looking lcd monitor. Enough said :p

Does anyone know any supplier that accept all sort of inkjet cartridges for recycling?  The one I know is very choosy.  They only accept certain cartridges as they claim so and so brand is cheaper and no point to recycle.  I have like 100 pieces of them with me currently.  Will give it another 6 months time frame.  If I can’t get any supplier, might disposed them.  I know, such a waste right?
