There are new crime hitting town nowadays.  Thieves now is targetting photographers, stealing their camera equipment that can cost as much as a Kancil car.  Not only that, thieves has been loitering cafes that provide free wi-fi signer in hope to steal laptop that was left on the table while they walk away to make their purchases at the counter.  To be on the safe side, better insure your dSLR and laptop insurance.
