2009 is coming to an end in less than a week now.  We all have gone thru the good and bad times through out the month.  What is good, we carried it forward, the bad ones we will correct it.  What about emergency needs?  Life is so short nowadays.   Sometimes, it is good to have a insurance plan like Blue Cross NC in hand.  Cos you never know.
