Over the past few month, I realised I have been putting on weight. I am now 3kg heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight. No amount of yoga can help me loose that 3kg. To make matter worst, my appetite had grown and I’ve been travelling too often. Meaning, skipping more yoga classes and I’m a foodie fanatic that love trying out new food. Now you know who is the culprit. Without exercising and excessive of food intake, even the best diet pills won’t help at all.
