Over the past few month, I realised I have been putting on weight.  I am now 3kg heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight.  No amount of yoga can help me loose that 3kg.  To make matter worst, my appetite had grown and I’ve been travelling too often.  Meaning, skipping more yoga classes and I’m a foodie fanatic that love trying out new food.  Now you know who is the culprit.  Without exercising and excessive of food intake, even the best diet pills won’t help at all.

Sometimes, even though you are very careful on the road, doesn’t mean that others will be careful too.  In cases like hit-and-run or fake number plate, the victim has to bear the cost of repair work.  How do we protect ourself and not loosing our NCB?  Instead of buying car insurance the traditional way, you can now pay extra premium to protect your NCB.  In any case when your car met in an accident, it won’t affect your NCB at all.

During my 5 years stay in U.S. I used to renew my auto insurance in Georgia as they are the most reliable, efficient and was fully electronic meaning all I have to do is renew my auto insurance online.  It is not necessary to wait for the paper to be send before you could renew your road tax.  From last year onwards, I can see that Malaysia has started to adopt the same process.   Isn’t that a bliss?

Sharing a little experience I get from my recent trip or shall I say, my first time seeing the frozen river. Was walking at the Outer Banks and when I look into the river, my expression was wow! Can even skates on it but then the ice is still quite woobly and if anyone falls in the river, *brrrrrrr!*

Some guys was seen throwing bottle on the ice to see if they will break.  These are the moronic people.   So my next wish is to walk on a frozen river?

With the advancement of technology like the internet, very often before buying something, I will compare prices at few online outlet before purchasing them, all at the convenience of home. Other than eBay or Amazon, I do shop over often in Buy.com as they have weekly Sale that offered very attractive prices.  I do not have to worry about the shipping cost as my Hubby travels to U.S. for work very often. So far, I have bought Nike outfit that cost 70% less than what I have to pay in Malaysia.

I was thinking. Yea, still on planning stage. I was thinking to convert half of my kids study room into a personalised yoga room for myself. Well, nothing too fancy. All I need is maybe a Bamboo Blinds to separate the room.  Get a huge mirror or maybe no mirror.  The floor is already parqueted.  All I need now is to roll the yoga mat and I’m done!  Oh yea, get a mini combo and a CD.  It’s all the peace and quiet I’m asking for.

The temperature was around 2C when I was at The Great Wall of China.  The occasional wind does not do any justice at all.  We was freezing!  So I thought Warrior pose should be the most suitable of all.  Trying the tough one – Warrior 3.

The jean, the jacket, the boots and the wind makes me impossible to balance at all.  That was a quick 3 seconds before I lost my balance.  What the heck, so I retook another shot of Warrior 2.

It was a bliss.  Note to self:  Next time no need show off, ok.

Next trip coming up would be Orlando vacations sometime in September.  A yogini friend of mine commented that I was always out of town.  Well, travelling is the best medicine for releasing stress.  Learn yoga also stress!  *slap forehead*

With the huge loss which was accumulated by American International Group (AIG) to stay afloat after it announces the losses of $60 billion recently, write-downs on assets including commercial real estate, the company is likely to face downgrades and hence it will need to raise collateral that it actually does not have. Things are going to be real tough for everyone especially real estate company like Wilmington NC real estate.   I can only take a deep breath each time I read news like this.
