I was having a small conversation with one of the Yoga teacher who runs around 3 yoga centres giving out classes. She exclaimed that one of the centre is charging way too expensive. You know why? Cos the centre is operating under franchising and every year, they have to pay quite a large amount for the franchise fee. There are pro and con to it. Other than charging member a slightly higher fee a small business franchise may give you some instant fame.
