Worst thing is they don’t even have people in the office to attend to calls. Who can we turn to for explanation? YZ should refund our member fees!!!!!

Life is full of surprises and we just have to deal with it…I believed we have to be a bit more patient…taking into consideration the latest developments with legal proceedings, the parties involved would probably need slightly more time than normal to get things sorted out but a formal announcement has to be made by interested party/ies on the future direction of YZ ASAP.

Anything to do with legal matters/high court will drag on for some time. However, my hope is the plantiff & defendent can reach to a amicable(?) settlement FAST for the sake of so many thousands members, teachers & staff. If this continue to drag on, members & teachers/staff will look for other avenues to further their pursuits irregardless whether YZ/YC exist. Especially so for staff & teachers who need to survive.

I’m member from Puchong YC, the gate is closed since monday until today… for a month i never practise yoga, i feel my bone like want transform to iron oledi…

I’ve been following the blog since the rumours started, but restrain from commenting as I wanted to be fair & not pass judgement on anyone. Was relieved last wk that classes resumed eventho its not full swing & was looking forward to continue practising.
But this week, I feel really horrible, sad, dissapointed, about to cry that a beautiful Yoga club could turn to something so ugly. How could the mgt just close doors without any conscience???What about those practioners that had placed their hopes & dedicate their time & money into yoga???? They should have the DECENCY to explain or refund our money!!!! I feel so cheated that I’ve just signed up RM1,788 & didn’t even get a chance to activate my membership.
How could someone start a Yoga club, spreading goodness in health,mind, body & soul turn out to be a monster himself?? What happened to the true meaning of YOGA??
TJ should stop hiding behind his mum’s skirt & face everyone like a man!!!!!!

the notice indicates ‘Originating Petition No. D6-26-40-2007′, this means the court case happened in 2007! This is not recent out-of-sudden incident!

I heard that yoga classes will be back normal tomorrow, isit true?

Now, it is the receivers (and not the teachers) who get paid. In a receivership, receivers always get the priority. The receivers get continuous pay (until when, only LG knows); while the teachers’ last 3 to 4 months’ salary remains unpaid. It’s ridiculous. My heart aches for all the teachers. Am moving on elsewhere for classes.

The company is under receivership, this morning teachers’ meeting had mentioned that the employees are not permitted to contact TJ and me, after checking with the legal advisor, I’m here to inform everyone this is baseless and untrue, as TJ and my number are clearly posted in yogajess.com, employees ( or now should called as my friends ) have all the rights to contact me, the receivers have no right to stop anyone from contacting me, a correspondence will be served to the receivers as well.
Malaysia is a democratic country, feel free to contact me.
P/S: Last but not least, the security at the Taman Desa office is ridiculous, I wanted to take back my one and only Tag Heuer watch ( birthday present from my mom ) and my jacket from the office, but they chased me away again, like what the lawyer, Janice, did that day, the woman that asked me “Don’t try to be difficult!”, the receivers only received company’s item, right? How can they received everything included my personal belongings? This is so unfair! Mr.Chiok and Lim Lay Gaik, give me back my watch, it’s not the value, it’s the sentimental value! The “Receivership Meeting” held at Damas at 10am today had concluded that they will try to revive YZ. So, it is good news. YZ website is up and running again. Check the schedule that will be updated asap. They are trying to arrange 8 classes on weekdays (not sure about weekends but definitely there’ll be classes conducted). The critical period will be ten days later when the receivers team will hold another meeting again to confirm the future status of YZ. Good luck.

but its confirm that weld will have their usual class ongoing, starting 7am as well.

all outlet should regain their classes eventhough its lesser den normal, just check before you go to avoid dissapointment, i realize as well where alot of member are not trying to reconfirm the class before coming, but do understand we are at re-building stage currently.

Hi, i’m a member of YFKK.

Can i know the situation there? I’m concerned about the situation there. Its much more worse that KL’s side. Me and the members are worried. There is NO CLASSES for us to participate because there is no more audio system anymore.

I’ve been monitoring this website for a very long time. I haven’t speak out anything for the KK members. What about the KK members and pity the staffs. Its WORSE than KK okay? They didn’t get their pay, and there is a lot of things going on there. Where is the KL management?

We paid too, where is our poor teachers and instructors, our classes?

We see the news from KL is very disturbing to us. Can anyone give me some reply and some support?

Wow….At last i can open the YogaZone website. But, there’s some thing i don’t understand. There is a notice that require us to click it in the front page of the web site. I’ve click it and i don’t understand what it meant. ???Blur???

1. You mentioned in the teachers’ meeting that you can’t even find a piece of paper and there’s only four walls at the office, this is what you love to do, the baseless accusation, you should know what’s the consequence of malicious announcement, the recorder is clear.
2. After 10 days, are you giving a firm answer WHEN TO PAY the employees, or you are buying time to make up evidence to nail the old management and buy time again? Employees have been asking me, don’t keep on buying time like what you accused tj have done. Pay all our salary back!!!

I called the KL headquarters today to ask about YFitness KOTA KINABALU situation. They can’t give me an answer, a valid answer.

Now, not only the AUDIO equipments are GONE now… so as the STEPBOARDS and PUMP EQUIPMENTS.

Tell me, its 70% clear that the equipments are disappearing, so as the RPM Bikes. I doubt even without answering we should get a small hint that the Fitness Centre is closing.

I tell you, the MEMBERS here are not HAPPY because this GYM is still NEW and its a PITY to see it closing. The members are going to the GYM and ask clearly about the situation and i DOUBT the poor staffs could answer them.

SO PLEASE!!! KUALA LUMPUR MANAGEMENT or WHOEVER incharge of sending those STAFFS to KK and work. PITY them!!! I as a member don’t have EYES to look at those AUNTIES trying to get their money back.

The Aunties are very happy to have the gym here, as they find it very useful for them to keep fit. They learn Yoga and other classes and its really beneficial to them.

I hope the Management or Receiver could say something to the SABAH STATE MEMBERS. We are RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE!..

A Short Story
A Young Man and His Bank.

Once upon a time there was a young man who thought of brilliant idea to open a bank. “This bank would be special” this young man announced.

He would make the bank look really impressive so that customers who come in will be really amazed at what a beautiful bank it was. To make the bank seem even more impressive, this young man decides to employ really smart, wonderful and beautiful tellers to serve the customers. He even employed some foreign tellers to heighten the exotic feel of the bank.
He would then name his bank Money Machine.

His idea worked wonders and all of sudden customers would swarm to Money Machine to deposit their savings. Some opened current account, some opened long term fixed deposits.

The young man felt really proud of his idea and decided that this was the way all banks should be. So without hesitation, he took all the money deposited by his customers and opened a second bank in another location.

Again his formula worked wonders.

More people came and deposited more money.
“Aren’t I smart”, he thought. So he decided to open the third with the money from the second bank’s customer deposits and the fourth bank with the third bank’s customer deposits and so on and so forth.

In no time at all, Money Machine went from a single bank to a conglomerate with ten branches. What an achievement!

Accolades begin to pour in. Money Machine was even named Bank of the Year by Asia Bank Magazine.

Champagnes were popping and caviar was melting. It was a very good life.

But then, this young man realized that he forgot something very important, It was time to pay interest and principal on the customers’ deposits that were already due.

“Nevermind”, the young man said, “I will attract more customers by offering higher interest on their deposits”.

He was so sure that his higher interest would work that he even threw in a lifetime guaranteed interest if the customer deposited a higher amount.

So the interest paid on deposits went from market rate to an unbelievable rate that no customer could refuse.
Depositors were pleased. “What a great idea it is especially on the lifetime guaranteed interest package”, the customers thought.

Many more flocked to Money Machine.

So this young man took this new money that came in from the new deposits and used it to pay the earlier customers.

Good times were here again. More champagne and caviar for everybody.

Asia Bank Magazine, for two years running, named Money Machine Bank, of the Year.

Time flies and suddenly, it was time to pay interest and principal on all the deposits. But there was no money in Money Machine except the beautiful facilities and the wonderful tellers.

“Nevermind,” the young man said “I will offer even higher interest on the new deposits”. However, he realized that the new customer deposits were not enough to cover the interest and principal of the “special high interest packages” promoted earlier.

“Nevermind” the young man said “I will borrow money from another bank called Money Shark”.

Money Shark agreed to loan him the money at an even higher interest than what he had to pay his earlier customers.

Suddenly, he realized that with fewer and fewer new customer deposits coming in, Money Machine was having difficulty in paying the existing customers and Money Shark at the same time. So the young man decided not to pay his wonderful teller’s salary and cut back on other nice stuff in Money Machine.

With the cutbacks, his existing customers were furious. “Where are all the nice tellers and the wonderful bank facilities” the customer cried.

By then, even less customers came in to deposit money.

Money Machine was in trouble.

All the wonderful tellers have left him. All the customers are clamoring for their deposits. Money Shark wants their money back together with their exorbitant interests immediately.

“What happened?” the young man asked. “It’s not my fault” he denied.

Lesson in life: Never underestimate the power of stupidity.

There are plenty of alternatives out there, as this is by no means the end of the world. Wake up and go find them. This is beyond saving. We are now only in second stage and just wasting more time on the inevitable. I suppose landlords don’t want to get their rent, debt collectors are not going to collect loans, instructors will be working for free (or heaven forbid normal wages & hours, like the rest of us) and this is all for a bunch of cry babies who want a belanja makan.

I just back from klang, centro closed, furniture moved, bbt completely closed. Sorry, everyone. Last week best 16still got 70-80 class everyday, but now 40 teachers only total less than 40 class, hmmm… Very strange. Lay Gaik can also teach, she shall come out and teach to benefit members.

-always put her hand in her waist while teaching, not pro at all, got 1 time she ask the staff to da bao dont know kopi ice or nescafe ice or what drinks la… u know what she did? she keep drinking her ice drink when teaching, walk around the whole studio

-always like to use her leg to adjust member… she told member that( at cheras)”please ask when donno, if dont, ask u r useless, but when ask don try to ask STUPID question!!” OMG, what kind of YOGA teacher u r?? u thought u r so pretty meh.. ugly ‘teacher’ who dunno how to teach

-1 time, a new member just start to learn yoga, she did not really know how to do the plank pose, then tis uglykids NICOLE ask her why so poor in doing yoga pose, so lousy… then she ask this member hold on her wrong position and let it be a wrong example to show everyone in the class! aft the class, the member hurt n cried, she requested for refund after first class in her LIFE!! this stupid uglykids NICOLE jst ruined a lady’s yoga journey ! luckily she decided to stay after comforted by staffs.

aih… still got so so so many … abt her, i swear , i wont attend her cls ! and i’ve share this to all my friends in YZ and other fitness centre, NICOLE LEE.. please.. if u wan to do yoga.. do it in ur uglykids room, not in the public ok? do not do polution.. You like it or not, the fact is 90% shareholder is the founder. He and his team (now splitted team A and B) is the one who brought up YZ and gave many yoga practitioners, teachers and staffs a place to “live and share”.

When there is a place to share, some practice for good and give good advice. Some have abused, mixed it with emotion, relationship and forgot the responsibility being a teacher, being a practitioner, being a staff and being a moderate human being which then lead an unhealthy place to share.

Now both team is opening each other “can of worms” which I don’t think the blogger (Jess) need to censored it because

1. free speech, free country (except the cursing part)

2. it leads by example, why hide it ‘just like sex education’ it is better for other to know and this is the consequences when someone cross the forbidden line.

I believe those who read is able to differentiate and learn something from someone mistake to become a better person.

On the other hand, perhaps founder had mismanaged his business. Business in bad shape and couldn’t pay for 4-5 months but he shouldn’t be labelled as a conman. Did he owe and did not pay the rest for many years since YZ started?

Investment is always risky, 6 months is way way way too short to see a return especially in business world. YZ is not bank, mutual fund and neither commodities.

What I see is Team B (which can’t forgive) attack him in person. Now founder’s Team A (which can’t also forgive) also counter attack. When will this going to end instead fuelling with hate, hater and hatred daily? But all have forgotten, both Teams are the one who also help to bring Up YZ and bring it to Downfall.

As I have mentioned, there is no right or wrong all this is “Karma and Dharma”.. But it can only be “corrected” if one’s learnt how to “forgive”…

i tot Dharma is not to be put underthis yoga context? .. hehe.. it should be non religion?

The bad side of a human being can be very uglly. I am a victim too. I don’t care if I would finally get what I deserve,don’t care anymore. It has taught me a good lesson, proving there is really a GOD in the world, whenever you have done something wrong, something harms others, you will pay back at the end. This is only a start? There will have more and more to come? All depends on how much that person has done to harm others.Stop it! My dear friend, we KK members do not want the gym to be closed. There is plenty of potential in this fitness centre. We are very stunned to know that all equipments and machines, audios (for god sake) are NOT PAID to the suppliers.

I wonder how could u still live your life having so much DEBTs? Don’t you feel bad? Everyone have to have money to live. I really feel bad for my fellow staffs in KK, Mr Ben L., Ms. Cloey, Mr. Ethan, Mr. Leonard, Ms. Mei, Ms Audrey, Ms. Lilian and etc. Some of them are transferred from KL to work here and thinking of the salary which is not being paid for 2 months, its really a shock to us.

We the members of KK would like to thank these wonderful staffs and instructor being able to bare our complaints and annoyance for these long time. But then, to us, small errors are equivalent to big big mistakes and that why we complain. We’re worried what happens when this fitness centre is going to expand into a larger scale in KK. Oh, by the way, this is the one and only gym available in Sabah.

There are some members who just newly joined the gym and by receiving this kind of big close down and hoo haa from KL and no news about in KK and looking at the suppliers taking off the audio systems and bikes really saddens us a lot.

TJ, karma is like this. If you have used all the good karmas u’ve accumulated in life, bad karmas will come like a flowing river towards you. Good and bad karma comes in line with a tinge of balance. Hence, like wad the old says, always try to do more good deeds before you die and always try not to do bad things and bad intention. Maybe greed of money have sunken you and that’s why you still unable to wake up about the mistakes and lies that you’ve done to the poor aunts and ladies in KL. We’re glad we didn’t try and purchase to support you. KK people are not stupid okay? We live in big big houses. :)

I purposely went to Kepong Branch to understand whether yogis still can attend classes. It’s good to know that last class for today is 8:45pm. When I reached there, still can see yogis happily walked from the restroom, with happy faces. And Ah Xiang Da Teacher was there, dangling around.

I met my consultant, Yuki. She told me, it’s a bit messy, please give them some time to settle.

Tomorrow morning, classes still resume, but don’t know what classes they will be. I was informed by the staffs.

I was hungry and had a heavy flu. I asked them politely, “Can I call to check if there’re any classes before the center closed? I just want to know whether I can come tomorrow?”

I was told by the staffs, “don’t know what classes they are, got classes just attend lah!”

I’ve been surfing the website since this morning, to search for the timetable,unfortunately, under now 10.12pm, after my late dinner. It’s back to normal, but not with the updated time table.

Until now, I don’t know whether the staffs at Kepong Branch can recognize me after reading this comment? I hope they won’t. I’m just one of the consumer like others, who wants to attend yoga classes.

Before I left, I heard the staffs said, they will require 10 days to re-org, starting from yesterday.

What I can see here, , staffs’ morality, students and teachers’ rights are seriously affected.

I as a yoga lover, as a consumer hope to see classes are resume, staffs still serve us, teachers still teach happily (all with salaries paid), the management can handle this efficiently.
