		<description>I understand your problem. We all go through it at some point. But there&#039;s a possible remedy.

Try this: When doing the Garudasana, stretch  your *wrapping* leg straight into a 7 oclock position (meaning behind you) keeping your base leg without changing. Then slowly swing your wrapping leg one circle to the front into a wrap.

Remember, do slow and easy. No strain, no pain.</description>

		<description>it&#039;s perfectly alrite if u can&#039;t fully wrap ur right thigh on the left thigh. after all, practising yoga is not all about getting the postures right, but doing your best to ur body&#039;s ability :) it&#039;s ok to place ur toes on the floor too, and sink ur hips lower to feel ur thigh muscles working. slowly but surely, u wl improve and the next thing, u can do the pose perfectly!</description>
